- Understanding the work pressures within the organisation to ensure training is effective but not disruptive.
- Drafting a set of course outlines to begin to agree the content.
- Reviewing the first set of outlines with the management team and key users within your organisation.
- Piloting the program with some core users to ensure the content is relevant, useful and brings about the correct level of change to how people work.
- Production of documentation to support training.
- Run the program for an agreed period of time.
- Evaluate impact on efficiency and productivity asking key questions from management to core users.
